North Spring St, Pensacola

The neighborhood itself is alot older looking..it is well kept though. I am more for the new suburbian look. They do have some nice restaraunts there though. The homes to me look like they are out of an older city in Europe though. They are nice do not get me wrong..but they are just not my style..

This neighborhood is great. A friend of mine stays in this area and they place is wonderful. The homes in this area are great, the peopl are ok, the food spots are great,they are easy to find and locate.i would refer a older famliy or a famliy with kids to the neighborhood because it has more of a famliy atomosphere.

Spring Street is a nice, residential street with what looks like new, Victorian-style condo developments mixed in with older, more stately homes. It is clean and well maintained. It is in the North Hill section, and while there are no stores around, it looks to be fairly convenient to shopping and restaurants. A lot of people were walking around and it looks like it would be safe at night as well.
