"Quiet little side street just minutes from the waterfront."

Evans Street is tucked into a small neighborhood right before all of the heavy manufacturing plants just around the corner. There are a lot of trees in this area, which makes it more attractive. It is still close to everything you will want to do in Brooklyn, but not a place that you would come to visit unless you had a good reason.
