"A real family place"
While the price is not as nice as I would look for this street has a lot to offer to families. A good school district (or so they say), A load of families with kids, and A relatively safe neighborhood. All these play into how well this neighborhood suits possible families moving here. I would definitely recommend this area to people moving here.
