"PA is a Different Place"

Princess Anne Road runs through all of VA Beach and Norfolk and is thus, a strange mix of industrial, commercial and residential areas. Mostly, its got a lot of traffic in areas and is a little sketchy in places. It is a good thoroughfare, because it connects to Monticello Ave, Tidewater Drive, and VA Beach Blvd, all big streets in Norfolk.
