"Not that great of a place."
North Nevada Avenue is a pretty sub-standard place to live. The dirt lawns that extend for a good three feet out in front of most houses are some of the early signs that the place is under par. The later signs are the cracks in the wall and the incorrectly arranged bathrooms. (Who puts the shower knobs over the sink, it just doesn’t make sence!) Food is within driving distance, and so is gas, so it’s livable.
