"Commercial Area - Seton Falls Park"

Most of E. 233rd Street is a commercial zone. It is also a four lane highway. This means two lanes on each side. The best part of E. 233rd Street that is not commercialized is Seton Falls Park.

Go there sometime and see what I mean. You'll be amazed by what you see.
