Eagle Ave, Fernside

Multiplexed houses converted into apartments and condos cover much of Eagle Avenue. The street is primarily residential and quite new in terms of development in some areas. There are lot’s of individual condos and a couple of apartment complexes that are being built. There are lot’s of young professionals, couples and students that live in this area. Keeping in shape with a quick jog to McKinley Park is just right up the street and for those warm summer nights you can take a quick walk to catch the views of Tidal Canal. During the fall and winter semester this is a heavily and bonafied party area.
