"Great Neighborhood for a Family"

Walking distance to Downtown Lafayette, the University of Louisiana, restaurants, parks and museums, music and art. Close to a hospital. Dunreath is a well-lit neighborhood with a mix of renters and homeowners. It has with good sidewalks and relatively little traffic. Neighbors form a good community. Pet friendly. Children friendly.
