"Nice/safe family neighborhood"

Very little traffic, no street noise, neighbors that watch out for each other prevents almost all crime, schools close by with good educational ratings in state rankings, several parks nearby, good small town retail center in downtown Castro Valley, BART is less than 10 min away. Overall a great place to raise a family.
