"fantastic neighborhood for families"
This is simply a fantastic neighborhood for families to live in. It is quiet, there is little traffic so kids and families can walk and play. This is a very safe area, and neighbors are friendly. The schools are great. You are also near Cull Canyon Park, which features swimming and other recreational activities for kids. You are removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, which is great for low key families with kids.
