"Busy road in a busy town"

Dulaney Valley Road is the main lifeline of the town of Towson, Maryland, just outside of Baltimore. It provides access to many of the area's colleges, such as Goucher College and Towson University. It's a busy road, but it's not a dangerous road! Many shopping and dining oppertunities along this road as well.
