"This is a quaint street but perhaps a bit too close to the encroaching Medical Center"

This is a street of one and two story houses on Rice University's south side - but just to the East the Medical Center is growing ever closer. I knew someone who lived on Dryden who was upset by the construction in the Medical Center which woke them up at 7 in the morning. That said, this is a great street if you can afford it - close to Rice University campus and also within walking distance of the Med Center. The traffic in the area is not that bad outside of rush hours. Also very convenient to the Village shopping area just west of campus.
