This beautiful road lies adjacent to the Potomac River that snakes along the city. Early morning rowers and the famous amphibious duck boats can be occasionally seen. On the other side of the parkway is the Watergate complex where Nixon lied about activities of breaking into the DNC, an action that sent him down the river.
