"A good race mix with everyone getting along."

The street is only one block long with a T on each end. The are some fast drivers but not so much as to be a bother. Some yards are great and some not so good. Due to only 15 inches of rain on average, in some years there are droughts and water rationing may be put in place. There is a large indoor mall about a mile away and a nice walking park less than a mile. The park has many things for children to play on.
