I have relatives on this street that I visit often. It is great for kids because it is right in the middle of Buri Buri and Alta Loma schools, as well as the associated parks. They can get out of school and check in at home close by. There is a local daycare home for those who can't pick up their younger children. There are bus stops near the school that kids can also take to Tanforan or Serramonte malls, or they can play at the well-sized parks each school has. The street connects all the way to Arroyo, which is a more main street near El Camino. Easy access allows for short driving times for running errands, or picking up a movie with the kids at a local Blockbuster. Neighbors are often families with children who attend the aforementioned schools, so it is a nice family environment with more available space to have barbecues or sports events together at the park.
