"Excellent South San Francisco suburban neighborhood for large families."

Cottonwood Avenue in South San Francisco, California is lined with large and beautiful homes. There is not one blade of grass out of place in this well groomed neighborhood. This is the perfect family neighborhood for families that work in the city of San Francisco, but don't want to live there. Just minutes away from the freeway and the large Sign Hill Park. Everything that you need nearby such as the San Francisco Bay, hospitals, churches, schools and entertainment.
