On the Brighton Beach Avenue, it is where you can even smell and hear the sea. With less than one minute walk to the Brighton Beach where it is a great place to have a sunshine afternoon during the summer and is much less crowded than the Coney Island Beach. Anyway, it is kind of noisy on the Brighton Beach Avenue since there a lot of business running there and the subway. But just talk a walk to the Beach you get a totally different feeling, so you can imagine how lucky those guys who live around the Brighton Beach Avenue.

The street is home to an overhead El train which is one of the major transportation for getting around the area.
One must fight for parking and give up the idea of getting a parking place if someone else saw it at the same time. Most likely they have diplomatic immunity and putting up any sort of challenge can be detrimental to your health.
