16th is vastly overrated

It is obvious that most of these reviews are from people who only visit a couple of times a year. 16th Street, while novel, leaves much to be desired.

As someone who lived downtown for a couple of years, I can tell you that the one thing that 16th has plenty of is homeless people. There is no sho...

Heart of the city

16th St. is the heart of downtown Denver with two malls and countless restaurants and shops. There's a free shuttle that takes people from Larimer to Broadway, good for when you've just bought too much stuff to walk back.

The heart of Denver

16th street is completely closed off to traffic (aside from mall shuttles) so there are hundres to thousands of people walking down it at any given time. there are dozens of restaurants and shops that will please anyones taste or budget. in the middle of downtown, the 16th Street pedestrian mall e...

Everything anybody could want on one stretch of street

I am not sure it is really fair to call 16th street a street at all. You can't drive down it, unless you are riding the Mall Ride shuttle. However, 16th Street in Denver has EVERYTHING anybody could want. Want to catch a movie? Head toward the Pavilions on 16th street for an amazing theater. Fe...

16th st mall, denver

The 16th st mall in downtown denver is amazing. No cars are allowed, but a free shuttle runs up and down the street every couple of minutes. Every kind of store you would want to shop at is along the mall. There are also great eating places all along the mall. My favorite place is the tattered c...
