There are several, but Marigold Cafe & Bakery definitely has some of the best ratings in the city. Their deserts are legendary, and they have a good selection of lunch and dinner entrees, as well as a wine list. They're a little higher priced than your average mom-and-pop place, but definitely worth it. La Baguette is another good one, and a more traditional bakery.
