Does anyone know about the Tesla museum that used to be in the Springs?

I hadn't heard of it, but your questions intrigued me so I did some research. As for people who have been to the museum, it doesn't sound like a traditional museum in the least. It sounds more like an avid fan who has devoted his life to honoring Tesla, which in and of itself isn't bad. The museum has shows, and more than a few are coming up soon. Ticket prices are high for not knowing what you're going to get though (in my opinion). Some reviews were excellent and some were very bad, so I can't give any more information on the quality of what you'll get.
