"The College Town."
I would say that it is a nice place to live if you are a college student. It is filled with college kids because of the local college. There are plenty of things to do there also. It isnt a very clean place though. It could use some cleaning up in the area but other than that..the people are friendly.

"Home to Steven's Institute of Technology"
This street is mostly built up around Steven's Institute of Technology. It has a lot of nightlife because of the college students and can get pretty loud sometimes. If your single, then this is a pretty good place to meet people, but I wouldn't say its exactly a great place to raise a family or a place to retire.

"Good if you are a college student"
The whole vibe of Castle Point Terrace in Hoboken is the classic college student residential area. This is not a street to move on to if you do not want to live on the same street as fraternity houses. Not that the students at the Stevens Institute of Technology which is near by are all that rowdy but if you work in NYC and are looking for a cheaper city alternative this is not it.

"Castle Point Terrace - not far from SIT "
Castle Point Terrace is another residential street in Hoboken, New Jersey. It's located right next to Stevens Institute of Technology which means there are college students located in and around Castle Point Terrace. I've visited it a few times and everytime I was there was during the day, it was clean and quiet. It's a small street, but like I said, it's a college street, and does contain frat houses.
