I love my macbook. It works with my shiny new iPhone and im a sucker for shiny new things!! The new ipods look great as well, I want one of the green ones.

Imho ~ surviving today’s economy I think everyone should consider living within their means; and not trying to keep up with the next guy. That mentality tends to get the majority in trouble somewhere down the line and then we all pay one way or another! The recent events on Wall Street are a prime example!!!

Advisor makes a good point. MAcs are cool and all, but no everyone needs one.

As stated before, think before you leap and make sure you have SAVED money for a RAINY day especially during these uncertain times…

Yes a macbook is strictly a luxury item as they are much more expensive than other computers. But you did ask the question advisor :)

Yes I did! But, I believe it was before the economy TANKED. As one poster ‘paulg’ agrees not everyone needs a Mac. I’ve had the opportunity to use both and I like Macs too but IMHO, again one should live within their means especially during these challenging times ~ wouldn’t you agree?
