"Nice Quiet Neighborhood"
This is an older neighborhood. The houses are generally from the 1970's with very little new development. Generally speaking, this is a neighborhood of large ethic diversity. There is a fire department one block over. It is in the Richardson school district which is a highly rated system. There are two elementary, one junior high and one high school with one mile. One block away is a city park with soccer fields and walking path. This neighborhood is within five miles of Firewheel, an excellent outdoor mall with a lot of restaurants. There is a Target and Walmart within three miles.
