"Going down hill"
This was a nice place to live, but now its bad. The lower part of this road is very nice and quite. Trees aling one side of the street with a creek running below it. The upper part of the street is very bad, unsafe, and dangerous. The road is in need of repair work. Located in a high crime rate area in the city. Road is kept clean during the winter months. A lot of terror runs this street.
