"Close to all the amenities, plenty of different living arrangements"

Bering has everything from cheaper apartments to luxury townhomes, and mid-range condos in between. There are beautiful trees and good sidewalks, and parks nearby including on Woodway and Bering and Memorial park. You are really close to many of Houston's job centers here including the Galleria at about 1 mile away, and some of the nightlife centers including the Richmond strip, again about 1 mile away. The Y is less than 1 mile away as well, and the Westpark recycling center is conveniently accessible.
