"Great cafes and really close to the Ferry."
Benzinger Ave is pretty busy in the morning because of PS 31 near by on Layton Ave. It's pretty quiet during the day, but there is a lot of traffic in the area after school gets out. The neighborhood is pretty safe and PS 31 is a really great school. The street is on a huge hill and it's fun and dangerous to skate down here! This is a great street to live on because it is so close to the ferry and there are a bunch of great cafes and deli spots in the area. Fort Place Deli is one of the best spots to eat on the island and it's right around the corner.
