"Welcome to Little Italy"
Beech street is wonderful for those that love to shop. They are building it up and yearly have festivals to attract consumers. There is an Italian community center and a lot of promotional Italian activities. If you're not Italian, you'll still enjoy the ambience. Can get pretty trashy, congested from all the visiting traffic on Saturdays 9-1:30.

"nice... Kinda small. "
Beech Street is a pretty good place to live because it has a lot going on like plenty of coffee shops, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Although they could probably use a little more shopping. The good thing is since it is pretty small there is not to many tourist like there are on bigger streets in San Diego.

"Small neighborhood in a happening place"
Beech street is a tiny street in interior of San Diego and runs parallel to the Cedar street.
The street is not famous like other streets in the area. Since it is a residential area and due to lack of some historic or attractive sights it is not much visited. There are small restaurants and shops selling groceries, stationery etc. The place is actually quite and pleasant and can make your stay here a relaxing one.
