Avery Rd, Hilliard

Avery Rd begins in Hilliard and travels north to Dublin and ends at Glick Rd. At one time, Avery Rd was a two lane country road. Many people travelled on it to go the Franklin County Fair. Now, in some places it has been expanded into six lanes. Recently two roundabouts have been added. You can still see some corn and soybean fields, but not many. Travel is heavy at times, especially near Hilliard Davidson HS and the Rte 33/270 interchanges. The new Dublin Methodist Hospital is close to Avery Rd. It also passes two golf courses, Ballantrae and Riviera. It runs through some upscale residential neighborhoods with parks and schools close by.
