Fearnleaf is a beautiful community! I would actually say it's a good neighborhood for more established families and professionals. They neighborhood might be good for students too... but honestly, the average cost of living is pretty expensive here. So, if you are a student who can afford the expensive cost of living, by all means, Fearnleaf might be a good community for you :) Good luck!
