Is English Avenue, Atlanta a good neighborhood for college students?

I'd say not so much. This area is a little rough, but it's slowly progressing. There is still a bit of crime (robberies) that occur here. So, I'd say maybe in a couple more years try back to see how things have improved. You might want to try Midtown or Buckhead (which are a bit more expensive). Good luck!
