"Ash Avenue is in a quiet park of a noisy neighborhood."

If you looking for a nice starter home in a well established neighborhood look no further than Ash Avenue. Many of the units in this neighborhood were built in the 30's. What makes Ash Ave unique is that there are no houses to the west of the street. This means that it is much calmer than many of the other streets in the area. This area is a ideal place to raise your family.
