Ardendale Dr, Southern Hills

If your looking for a neighborhood where the planner put the houses into the landscape look at the Southern Hill Neighborhood. The street that illustrates this landscape driven construction is Ardendale Drive. One side of the street is a flat plateau the other side of the road is a valley. Normally they would not bother building a road for one side construction in the case of Southern Hill the built on one side and in a fashion that allows resident to really enjoy the pristine natural landscape. Other than great views this is a quiet neighborhood of single family homes built in the 50's and in the 500K range.

Caroline Way is located in Daly City and it intersects Ardendale Drive and Alta Vista Way. This street is actually apart of a whole network of other streets that only consist of houses. Caroline street is a slightly sloping street and it is also curvy. It may be a bit steep for those that aren't use to traveling up and down hills though, I wouldn't recommend it for the elderly that aren't in the best physical shape. It would also be ideal for people to travel by car because there are not many modes of transport, there aren't many bus stops nearby and there aren't any stores on this street. This street is very clean and peaceful though.
