The Anza Vista neighborhood in San Francisco has a moderate level of crime compared to the rest of San Francisco. Really though, anytime you are in the city, regardless of whether you are in the Tenderloin or at the Marina, you should always keep an eye out for trouble. Nowhere in the main part of San Francisco is all that safe.
