"Not a bad Place to Live "

I wouldn't really mind living here if I worked in Oakland. The buildings aren't that bad here, and most of the building here looks pretty new, clean, and organized. I would recommend this place for families, couples, and singles to live. It's close to shop, restaurants, and shopping for groceries is easy. However, one thing is that parking is hard to find on this street though.
