Nice place to live and raise my kids, schools extremly close and new high school opening in Fall of 2008, retail store popping up, area high school stadium and proposed new aquatic center very close by, new city park being built within walking distance, new library in same vacinity.

Area has kept it's vlue extremely well over last 8-10 yrs.
