"Residential loop side street"

Tomas Circle in San Antonio is a loop road in a residential area in the city. It is near the medical area and the Oak Hills Country Club. It is part of what is called the Rowley gardens subdivision. The houses are a good price, and their value has increased. It is nice because the street is tucked away and most of the houses have small lawns.

""Quite but right in the middle of everything""

This neighborhood "Rowley Gardens" is a small ~50 or so houses arranged around on a circle located next to the medical center. It is far enough away from Babcock so you feel off by yourself giving a nice RELAXING place to live. If your a student at the Health Science Center this place is perfect. 5 minutes from your doorstep to the parking lots. Like I already said, it's quite here which makes for a nice place to come home to and get some serious studying accomplished. For families it's a great place to have little ones running around. Being a small neighborhood there is not much traffic on the street making a safe place for the kids to play. Being located off Medical Drive and Babcock allows easy access to numerous places to eat, shop, hang out, and hit the gym. These homes have small yards which are perfect for those who done have time for a lot of yard work. Small yards also mean you don't have to spend a fortune in order to have an attractive yard. Overall this is a great place for a starter home, students, residents, or retirees.
