Joost Avenue runs from Hazelwood Avenue to Diamond Street. It is parallel off Monterey Boulevard which is a very happening street with restaurants and shops. Monterey is also the home to many bus lines. The neighbors in this area are what made me love living here. Everyone was so friendly and most of them had dinner parties where everyone was invited to. Joost Avenue goes through Westwood park area to Glen Park. It is close to Dorothy Erskine Park which has a nice green field. All the houses on this block are unique, they are hardly the same. Everyone front yard is just as different. There is a preschool on Foerster. I loved growing up on this street and I recommend it for any family.
