Cecilia Avenue is a one lane street that wraps in a circle but has a let out onto Traval. It is located in the Forest Hill District. I take this street to school everyday. I enjoy driving on this street. It is on a slight hill but all of the houses are very cute and friendly looking. The front yards all always tidy and it is a very calm, welcoming street. It is close to Herbert Hoover middle school so at around 3:30pm every weekday, traffic is intense. I recommend this street to any family because of its welcoming vibe. Taraval is also very close by so shopping and good restaurants are always close.
