This is a very lovely residential neighborhood in Scripps Ranch. It is a relatively quiety middle class environment. All the houses look the same. It is a very safe neighborhood to raise kids. It is less snooty than most scripps ranch neighborhoods. Scripps Ranch High is an excellent school as well. There is a communnity pool very close too where many families go to swim.
