"A good family neighborhood"
White Birch Drive is located in the Hunter's Pointe neighborhood of the Scripps Ranch community of San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet from a traffic standpoint as there are no through streets. One way in and out for about 50 large single-family detached homes.
There is an excellent mix of family types with a wide age range of kids. The neighborhood has a fairly cohesive relationship with block parties and gatherings being regular occurences.
Homes hold their value well here and shopping, restaurants and grocery resources are near by if just a bit too far to access by foot. The proximity to one of the best elementary schools in San Diego and to a very large park and recreation area, make this a very desireable street to live on.
