Hollywood Media District

Surprisingly nice. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, CVS, coffee and shopping in Larchmont Village. Places to walk to. Hollywood Media District also has safety patrols out in cars and on bicycle, though I haven't seen much if any crime (other than some tagging).

Street for Students

Reasonable prices for being around UCLA. The traffic is very bad and no place for parking -- great if you are going to walk around Westwood or to campus.

...before buying my house on Ellsmere, and it was worth it. Overall great balance between privacy / peacefulness and proximity to cool stuff to see and do in LA.

It's great living on Capital Hill

That's at least what I read somewhere that its old name is.

Great street on top of the hill with nice views all around. One of the older streets in LA with the first houses built around 1910. Only a 5 min walk to the Silverlake strip with tons of bars and restaurants.

Beford Street

Lived there over three years. It is freeway close and all the neighbors are great, or at least interesting!

I love my street. It is a small two-way street very safe for children. SFR and small multi-family units (2-4). There is very little traffic, neighbors and visitors coming and going. Properties sell for $550,000up, may be able to find a fixer upper for less.

I live here on this street right across the street from Le Conte Middle School, and although this is a great neighborhood, Le Conte really screws it up but that just me.

The street's improved since we moved in four months ago--there's less bulk-item trash on the sidewalk and grafitti happens less frequently. w century blvd is a business street and the only street to LAX airport.
lot of hotels, offices,restaurant and businesses.
I don't live here but I work on this beautiful street as a real estate professional.

Please forgive the obvious ebonics, but such headlines do seem to attract readers. Please forgive me. I love my neighborhood. I love the people and the vibe. All despite what we have to put up with from the city and some of our neighbors.

Well 23rd St is close to L A Downtown close to everything thats something i do like
and as far as I looked is OK
