4th Ave Northeast, Poulsbo

4th Avenue NE is a residential area with many hills and homes. The area is very quiet with little traffic. Traffic is primarily limited to residents and members of the First Lutheran Church, which is perched atop the hill. The neighbors are friendly, but seem to mind their own business. Everyone says "hello," but there are not large neighborly gatherings. There are older, historic homes mixed in with newer, more moders town homes and neighborhoods. This is a great place to live for those who want to be close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy the view.
