"Pleasant and Active"

3rd Avenue North is in the perfect place to serve the needs of both parents and kids. Kids can use the nearby ball fields and parks to run, play baseball, play frisbee, and participate in other activities. Parents have easy access to the cultural opportunities of downtown Seattle. It’s an unbeatable combination.
