"28th Street, San Diego"

28th Street lines the beautiful Balboa Golf Course, though has more to offer than a nice outlook. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. And there is ample parking along the golf course, with both sidewalks and trails through the eucalyptus trees to go for a brisk walk. Or, bring your clubs for a round or two of golf. The green has both a 9- and 18-hole course and has moderate prices between $14 and $28.
