"Quiet, green neighborhood"
Just inside SeaTac city limits, the neighborhood of 20th Ave. S. runs north-south, winding through North Seatac Park. The homes along the tree-lined street are quiet, single-family homes that are pretty affordable for the area. Less than 20 minutes to downtown, residents are within walking distance of the Boulevard Park branch of the King County library, Tub Lake and the huge 10-block park which features three baseball diamonds, two soccer fields and beautiful winding walking trails. At the north end of the avenue, a few shops, grocery stores and services may appeal to residents of the area. Burien/SeaTac has been known to have its share of crime, though the majority of the time, this section of Seattle provides quiet, peaceful living in a pretty convenient location. Highline Medical Center is only a few short blocks away and access to Hwy 509 and Hwy 518 makes for a short trip out of town or into other parts of Seattle
