"Quiet, pleasant and off the beaten path"
The few large homes lining Country Club Lane South share a boarder with the huge Rainier Golf and Country Club. A heavily treed greenbelt provides seclusion from the fairway, but don't be surprised if you find a stray golf ball in your backyard periodically. Residents are friendly, though private people and the homes are big and beautiful. It's a bit of a windy road getting out to the main thoroughfares, shopping, dining or grocery stores, but the distance from these meccas is what the people who live here look for since traffic along their street is nearly nonexistent. Housing prices are expensive, but typically are when you live so close to a golf course.
