      <description>When my brother lived here the area was not the best. Everything was run down and old. Streets were dirty and there was not a police presence so I did not feel very safe.       <description>This street has a lot of bars and restaurants. I think it is geared towards the college crowd considering UTA is nearby. When I went there I didn't feel very safe though.
