This is a highway. Many, many years ago this was probably a country lane, hense some of the farm houses dotted along this road. Now however, this is a major thoroghfare for commuters and tourist alike, so the road is always busy. I have relatives that live on this road and it is noisey!

My husband lived on this busy street. One of two streets leading in & out of town. However it does provide good side walks for walking and close enough to post office, eateries and stores that one could walk. Nice small town feel!

I grew up on this street. It is a great street to walk, rural, lots of trees and friendly people. One drawback is that it is situated close to a highway and street light that makes for a noisy backdrop.

Although, we are in a rural area, there is quiet a bit of traffic as we feed right into a major highway. People usually drive way over the speed limit of 35 and with the lack of any sidewalks or shoulder it is fairly dangerous to walk on. Because the houses are spaced out on large lots, there really is no scence of community. All and all, because it is sandwiched between a lake and a mountain it is a very pretty street.
