"Quiet, within walking distance to Ocean Lakes High School. Less than two miles to Dam Neck and Oceana Naval Bases."

The street is quiet and newly paved surrounded by nice homes and people. Lots of children of all ages. It is quiet and not busy but close to lots of local shopping and resteraunts. Ocean Lake High School is close and is a very good school. The grade school is close also but not within walking distance like the High School. The area is surrounded by man made lakes and other waterways that head out to Back Bay. It is also close to the Popular Sandbridge Beach and ony three miles from the downtown ocean front Atlantic Avenue. It is also close to Ocean and Dam Neck Naval Bases and the Oceana Commissary.
