"Dawnview Court Backs to Permanent Open Space"

Dawnview Court is first street east of the Lime Ridge Open Space in the Crystal Ranch neighborhood. The backyard of 921 overlooks this area. There will never be anything built on this land as it is a part of the Mount Diablo Protected lands. A wilderness hiking trail will eventually start at this point and end about 10 miles up the mountain. This is a rugged hike so people traffic on the trail is minimal. Since Dawnview is a cul-de-sac street and 921 is at the end of the street children play safe in the front yard. The back yard has a 8 foot preserve fence keeping wild critters out and children in.
